We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders. Customers may also opt for express shipping at an additional fee, depending on their location.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. This timeframe includes order confirmation and product preparation. As many of our items are handcrafted, some may not be readily available in stock. Once an order is received, our production team will begin processing and ship it as promptly as possible.

Shipping Time:

• Standard Shipping (Free): 8 to 13 business days
• Express Shipping: 3 to 5 business days, with an additional cost ranging from $20 to $42, depending on destination

Exchange and Return Policy

All items undergo strict quality control prior to shipment. Should you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us and provide photographic evidence.

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If the desired item is unavailable, a full refund will be processed.

Returns are accepted for unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
